SDB was chosen by VSE as a strategical partner to coach its members on communication techniques. On the 5th of June 2009 a first meeting was held in Bellinzona to enforce communication skills in front of authorities or media, starting by the choice of the right message to the emotional involvement of the counterpart. Some other, more practical sessions will follow.

The agency is also in charge of the Italian adaptation of the communication campaign and the informative material.
