The training course “Crisis Management: decide and communicate during crisis situations”, held at the Ristorante La Palazzina in Mezzovico has successfully come to an end in its practical part. The main target was to learn how to behave under stress and how to manage successfully incertenties, anxiety and mistakes. This experience was enriched by the interesting complicity between the participants, coming from different working experiences.
